Chops, our pet sheep, has been banished to the paddock outside the garden as my pot plants are suffering. Chops has been raised by our pet dogs and acts just as they do.

On Sunday 22nd we remembered our beautiful friend and neighbour Katie Barton who passed away suddenly in 2009. Katie’s passing left a huge hole in many peoples’ hearts and lives.

Today Chloe, our eldest, finished her final high school exam and whilst feeling proud and excited I feel somewhat sad or perhaps melancholy – suddenly we have a young adult on our hands.
